Catherine Candland, Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining nextSource, Catherine was the CEO of WorkforceLogic, a top ten VMS/MSP to the leading companies of Silicon Valley including Facebook, eBay, NetApp, etc. Before that, she founded the pioneering Advantage Human Resourcing. With her international experience across multiple industries and a successful client track record Catherine brings proven leadership and creativity to nextSource. She is also a passionate advocate for workforce competitiveness, having served on numerous committees, boards, and councils (public and private) to help organizations, schools, and policy makers enhance competitiveness.

Kevin McGinn, Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining nextSource, Mr. McGinn served as CFO for GlobalOptions, a worldwide provider of claims containment solutions to the insurance industry. Mr. McGinn has 25 years of experience in financial management, including 8 years in a CFO capacity in the financial and professional services sector, and 12 years as a division controller for various manufacturing companies in the automotive and chemical industries. Kevin is a certified management accountant (CMA). He holds a BS in accounting and an MBA in finance and accounting.

Ron LeVan, Senior Director, Client & Service Excellence

Ron is a recognized leader in designing, implementing and delivering global contingent workforce management solutions to customers across a wide array of industries.  Prior to joining nextSource, Ron spent 9 years with WorkforceLogiq where he served as both Vice President of Sales Support and Solution Design as well as the Sr. Vice President of Enterprise Solutions.  Before that, Ron spent 18 years with Advantage Human Resourcing where he served as Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  He is passionate about solving unique customer challenges, building teams, driving innovation and delivering service excellence to all of our key stakeholders.

Rachel Harrington, Director of Supplier Partnership

Rachel Harrington is a strategic contingent workforce leader with over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. She is currently the Director of Supplier Partnerships at nextSource, responsible for driving the overall supplier partnership strategy including, engagement, program governance and supplier development.  Prior to nextSource, Rachel worked with Chimes, PRO Unlimited and Workforce Logiq (formerly ZeroChaos) having held various roles including operations, supplier relations, regional management, and client account management. Rachel has participated in the solution design, initial implementations and service expansions of multiple clients. She has extensive hands on experience with most major VMS systems including Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY and other proprietary applications. Rachel works closely with clients’ senior management to maintain a high level of quality ensuring program goals and objectives are successfully achieved. In other roles Rachel developed and maintained a network of diverse suppliers to better serve new and existing clients by creating diversity programs and increasing their diversity spend goals.

Janki Patel, Strategic Advisor
Prior to joining nextSource Janki served as the global head of PMO for Prudential Real Estate business and has worked as the transformation head of operations and technology for Bloomberg Administration in NYC. She has 22 years of extensive experience in re-engineering, turnaround/re-structuring, developing company wide business strategy and execution. She has collected her experience in working with Major consulting firms, government, healthcare and financial industries. She manages nextSource’s front end operations that include IT, Product, PMO, Supplier Management and Service Excellence.
Lisa Paisley, Head of Strategic Initiatives

Lisa Paisley is an expert in contingent workforce technology and processes. She brings 20 years of experience in developing applicant tracking systems, leading program and technology implementations, and administering client CW programs. She has gathered her experience with clients in the financial, government, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and defense sectors. Working in Japan developed her focus on lean processes. In her current role, Lisa is charged with driving operating efficiencies to insure the success of our customers, suppliers, associates and partners. Lisa is a certified project management professional (PMP). She holds a BA in business administration and an MBA in finance and strategy.

Anne Gilroy, Senior Vice President, Growth Accounts

Anne Gilroy is a veteran workforce management professional with more than two decades of experience in nearly every facet of the industry. Anne possesses deep knowledge of all contemporary workforce management disciplines including managed services (MSP), services procurement automation (VMS), independent contractor management, project based staffing (SOW), employer of record services (EOR) and all forms of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). Anne’s career includes tenures at some of the industry’s best-known firms, consultancies and services/solutions providers including Randstad Sourceright, ZeroChaos, Kaplan & Partners, Spherion and others, earning top-performer credentials in every role. Ms. Gilroy holds a degree from Wittenberg University in Ohio and has extensive additional training in sales and business development best practices through Miller Heiman Sales training and certification. 

Jim Gallagher, Vice President, Client Services

A seasoned workforce management industry professional, Jim has deep expertise in all facets of workforce management for external labor. With more than 25 years working with leading, top-tier workforce management solutions providers, Jim brings an extraordinary depth and breadth of domain experience to his role with nextSource. Jim has driven success in business development capacities and, in the last decade or so, has focused on honing his skills leading workforce management programs as a specialty. Throughout his career, Jim has cultivated a well-earned reputation for excellence in such critical areas as reporting and analytics, supplier performance management, spend management, SLA management, team building/mentoring and customer communications.
