nextSource CEO Catherine Candland Recognized in SIA’s Global Power 100 List

nextSource CEO Catherine Candland has been selected for the Staffing Industry Analysts Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing 2016 recognition. Established in 2015 by Staffing Industry Analysts, this is the second year running that Catherine has been honored with this recognition in the North American 50 list and Global Power 100 list. Even though women dominate the staffing industry, only a relatively small number make it to the boardrooms. Catherine’s narrative is changing that. Prior to joining nextSource, she  was CEO of WorkforceLogic, a VMS/MSP to Silicon Valley companies including Facebook, eBay, NetApp and others. Before that, she was founder and CEO of Advantage Human Resourcing, growing the company into a $400 million firm from 2004 to 2009 before selling it to Japanese staffing giant Recruit Holdings Co.
