Updates follow the March release of The PeopleTicker for the Canadian market. Users now have access to real-time labor market pricing in the US, UK, India, and Canada.

Version 3.3 of The PeopleTicker provides compensation data and analysis for salaried and hourly labor based on current market rates. Clients receive real-time market pricing according to user-defined parameters such as job description, skill set, industry, experience level and geographic location. This enables employers across a variety of industries to negotiate more effectively, adapt to market fluctuations, and forecast project costs when recruiting employees or augmenting temporary staff.

The new features of this version allow clients to take advantage of user-friendly enhancements that simplify the standardization of job descriptions across the organization. Additionally, U.S. users can now define universal markups used in vendor negotiations.
