nextSource Valued Partners,
The unfortunate situation created by Ensemble Chimes Global (ECG) has left many of ECG’s Suppliers without an avenue to collect the required funds from ECG to compensate their contractors. We fully recognize the hardships and potential ramifications this creates for the affected suppliers. We also understand that such a situation creates questions regarding the viability of partnership with nextSource or other similar providers of vendor management or managed services programs.
The purpose of this communication is to reassure you that your relationship with nextSource does not expose you to the same situation and related risks that confronted ECG’s suppliers. nextSource is part of a half billion dollar, publicly traded company that has maintained a sound financial record for over 23 years. Furthermore, based on nextSource’s extensive experience in the vendor management field we have implemented many best practices in the management of our programs. Among our best practices was the establishment and maintenance of escrow accounts for remittances from our customers that are earmarked for our suppliers. The use of the escrow accounts insures the segregation of these supplier funds from our operating funds insuring the availability of the funds to make timely payments to our suppliers.
nextSource remains committed to our supplier partners as well as to our customers to continue to deliver secure, world-class vendor management programs that bring value to all parties. I would like to reaffirm that our supplier partners are an integral part of our vendor management programs and we will continue to extend every effort to maintain relationships with you that reflect only the highest ethical standards and integrity. Please don’t hesitate to contact me directly with any questions about this matter or any concerns you may have in the future.
Best Regards,
Joseph Musacchio
Chief Executive Officer
