Prior to joining nextSource, Catherine was the CEO of Workforce Logic, a top ten VMS/MSP to the leading companies of Silicon Valley including Facebook, eBay, NetApp, etc. Before that, she founded the pioneering Advantage Human Resourcing, now the world’s 5th largest staffing firm. With her international experience across multiple industries and a successful client track record Catherine brings proven leadership and creativity to nextSource. She is also a passionate advocate for workforce competitiveness, having served on numerous Committees, Boards, and Councils (public and private) to help organizations, schools, and policy makers enhance competitiveness.
Will has over 20 years of industry leadership experience, including MSP/VMS, RPO, and workforce consulting, helping lead multiple national, regional, and site specific strategic acquisitions, mergers, and organizational integrations; with a specialization in the healthcare industry. Will leads business development and solution design for nextSource's innovative offerings. He is passionate about helping clients’ position for growth, execute on strategy, and improve business agility by aligning workforce talent needs to company initiatives. As an active member of several trade organizations such as Staffing Industry Analyst (SIA), he frequently speaks on industry labor trends.
Jarret has over 15 years of workforce solution sales, staffing, sales management and operations experience. Jarret is responsible for overseeing the sales organization and client expansion as well as develop new business for nextSource. Jarret's ultimate goal is to establish a best in class sales organization that our future clients and industry professionals seek for nextSource’s thought leadership, innovative ideas, and results based solutions.

Larry has spent more than 20 years in sales, sales management and executive management roles all within the Staffing and Workforce Management industry. He has successfully built a multi-million dollar region through growth and expansion efforts, centered on opening new vertical markets, geographies and launching new service lines and product offerings. Throughout his career, Larry’s personal performance, professionalism and leadership have been highlighted through the success of the organizations he has led.
Terri has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, staffing and workforce management operations and implementation. She brings deep knowledge of EOR and MSP solution delivery within multiple verticals including manufacturing, finance, insurance and retail. Having implemented and lead MSP and EOR operations for accounts such as Toyota, Nike, First American and Experian, she is highly motivated and driven. At nextSource, Terri is responsible for a portfolio of clients that includes 11 diversified accounts of business in industries such as Manufacturing, Cosmetics, Healthcare, High Technology Blogging, and more. Her primary role is to support the nextSource organization from an operations perspective– to functionally align and standardize all processes, policies and practices, that will elevate nextSource’s position in the marketplace, brand service lines with professionalism and integrity, and enable business growth.
Bart has over 20 years of industry experience including IT systems implementations, IT Outsourcing, and workforce management. Bart has lead multiple large Managed Services Programs (MSPs) that have effectively helped clients improve access to quality talent, improve visibility, introduce program efficiencies, lead to more competitive pricing, savings and cost management, and consolidated invoicing. Bart has a passion for bridging ideas to a game plan and then deliver a solution. His main goal at nextSource is to deliver solutions, with the most suitable roadmap, to guide clients to success.
Service Excellence Leadership
Cheryl has 15 years of experience in the contingent workforce management space and the certification of CCWP, Certified Contingent Workforce Professional. She is passionate about developing partnerships internally with the program teams, to share and revolutionize new practices and offerings in order to meet the ever changing landscape of today’s contingent workforce. Externally, Cheryl leads the effort to increase fulfillment through our supplier partners to better leverage spend and capabilities of our top performing partners. Building strong and advantageous relationships with our supplier helps give nextSource and our clients greater access to talent.
Boe has over 20 years of experience in Staffing Analytics and has ownership of the design, development and delivery of the new “Analytics and Reports” at nextSource. He is passionate about the ability to use business intelligence as a guide for end users to make decisions based on the analytics. His responsibilities include taking into account all the enterprise requirements that help drive projects and requests. In addition, Boe owns the program performance metrics inventory and is responsible for packaging and translating metrics and KPIs to program teams and Senior Leadership. As well as the production of program QBR’s, Scorecards and other performance and optimization reports. Boe’s goal is to help nextSource consume intelligence to better manage programs.
