Prior to joining nextSource, Catherine was the CEO of WorkforceLogic, a top ten VMS/MSP to the leading companies of Silicon Valley including Facebook, eBay, NetApp, etc. Before that, she founded the pioneering Advantage Human Resourcing. With her international experience across multiple industries and a successful client track record Catherine brings proven leadership and creativity to nextSource. She is also a passionate advocate for workforce competitiveness, having served on numerous committees, boards, and councils (public and private) to help organizations, schools, and policy makers enhance competitiveness.
Prior to joining nextSource, Mr. McGinn served as CFO for GlobalOptions, a worldwide provider of claims containment solutions to the insurance industry. Mr. McGinn has 25 years of experience in financial management, including 8 years in a CFO capacity in the financial and professional services sector, and 12 years as a division controller for various manufacturing companies in the automotive and chemical industries. Kevin is a certified management accountant (CMA). He holds a BS in accounting and an MBA in finance and accounting.
Yvonne McAteer has been helping clients navigate their workforce challenges for over 20 years. Her strong belief that having access to the right talent is critical to driving business performance began in the hotel business before moving to the workforce solutions industry. Yvonne’s expertise includes MSP, VMS, EOR and RPO solutions, having helped dozens of clients identify the right solution for their business objectives, custom designing those solutions, and ensuring exceptional delivery. Most recently Yvonne was VP of global solutions for KellyOCG, working on large complex talent solutions for primarily Fortune 100 organizations. Prior to KellyOCG Yvonne led the sales and marketing function for Superior Workforce Solutions as they grew their solutions business exponentially. Having served clients large and small, her passion is helping mid-market companies achieve powerful gains in talent access, leveraging best practices, and driving cost savings.
Ronnie brings to nextSource over a decade of marketing experience, having worked for workforce solution providers such as Guidant Global, WorkforceLogic, ZeroChaos, and AgileOne. Throughout her tenure, Ronnie has led the transformation of marketing operations for her teams, implementing new technologies and best practices for greater organizational ROI. Her passion lies in creating meaningful thought leadership that helps companies navigate their workforce challenges and find the solutions they need. As the marketing director for nextSource, Ronnie acts as a liaison with sales leadership on strategy and go-to-market positioning for the company. She leads the marketing team which oversees internal and external communications, RFP responses and presentations, website development, and ongoing growth and management of the nextSource brand. Ronnie holds an MBA from the Robinson College of Business where she focused on international marketing.

Larry has spent more than 20 years in sales, sales management and executive management roles all within the staffing and workforce management industry. He has successfully built a multi-million dollar region through growth and expansion efforts, centered on opening new vertical markets, geographies and launching new service lines and product offerings. Throughout his career, Larry’s personal performance, professionalism and leadership have been highlighted through the success of the organizations he has led.
Anne Gilroy is a veteran workforce management professional with more than two decades of experience in nearly every facet of the industry. Anne possesses deep knowledge of all contemporary workforce management disciplines including managed services (MSP), services procurement automation (VMS), independent contractor management, project based staffing (SOW), employer of record services (EOR) and all forms of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). Anne’s career includes tenures at some of the industry’s best-known firms, consultancies and services/solutions providers including Randstad Sourceright, ZeroChaos, Kaplan & Partners, Spherion and others, earning top-performer credentials in every role. Ms. Gilroy holds a degree from Wittenberg University in Ohio and has extensive additional training in sales and business development best practices through Miller Heiman Sales training and Salesforce.com certification.
A seasoned workforce management industry professional, Jim has deep expertise in all facets of workforce management for external labor. With more than 25 years working with leading, top-tier workforce management solutions providers, Jim brings an extraordinary depth and breadth of domain experience to his role with nextSource. Jim has driven success in business development capacities and, in the last decade or so, has focused on honing his skills leading workforce management programs as a specialty. Throughout his career, Jim has cultivated a well-earned reputation for excellence in such critical areas as reporting and analytics, supplier performance management, spend management, SLA management, team building/mentoring and customer communications.
Service Excellence Leadership
Cheryl has over 15 years of industry experience and is a certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP). She has led programs for providers including Chimes, WorkforceLogic, and ZeroChaos serving notable clients such as BellSouth, Cox Communications, BNP Paribas and LinkedIn. She also worked for PeopleFluent as the director of VMS strategic services to support clients such as ADP, Office Depot, The Mayo Clinic and US Bank. At nextSource, Cheryl has played a central role in developing the company’s independent contractor compliance solution and the refinement its supplier relationship program. Cheryl is passionate about driving continuous improvement for external clients in their contingent workforce programs, and for internal employees in their education on industry best practices.
