To negotiate salary rates for individual candidates, as well as with the staffing agencies and suppliers. EDS researched tools that would help them understand fluctuating markets and salaries in order to better strategize and negotiate.

Solution

The PeopleTicker in the US, UK and India eliminated EDS’s reliance on outdated survey data. The PeopleTicker tracks professionals coming on and off the job market, taking into account the effect of supply and demand and how it impacts salary expectations in the marketplace.
