Challenge

CA was seeking a business solution that would allow them to more effectively manage their existing base of temporary workers, consultants and independent contractors while redeploying current CA procurement resources to other more strategic procurement activities. In addition, their objectives included rate benchmarking, process improvement and risk mitigation.

Solution

CA requested proposals from several vendors to provide their desired business solution. As a result of this process, nextSource was selected to deploy a Vendor Management Program to CA that included the following: dedicated on-site support, nextSource's Talent Acquisition Management Solution (TAMS) and The PeopleTicker as well as Payrolling and Independent Contractor Management Services.
