Chief Operating Officer

Joanne Bocci

Ms. Bocci is responsible for the company's day-to-day operating activities, revenue, sales growth, customer relationship management and fulfillment through nextSource's many lines of business. Ms. Bocci has worked for over 24 years in the technology consulting, staffing and services industry. For 20 years she worked at a major national technology and business consulting organization where she made key contributions to building and growing the eastern region as well as participating in national initiatives to create centers of expertise for the company.

Ms. Bocci has worked with client organizations of all sizes across many industries, with a strong focus on understanding the customer's business needs, and delivering solutions that meet those objectives. Ms. Bocci brings extensive industry experience to nextSource along with a passion for delivering world-class service and solutions to our customers.
