Recruiter
Responsibilities:- Very strong internal client focus and relationship skills
- Interact, influence, and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates
- Handle multiple opening and locations with tight deadlines
- Heavy emphasis on candidate souring, screening, interviewing and negation required
- Sourcing: internet/advertising, applicant databases and tracking system, direct sourcing of passive candidates, and employee referral
- Experience in defining job requirements, job competencies and candidate profiles
- Minimum of two years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience recruiting and hiring entry level to senior level employees
