Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statements).
- Responsible for monthly close of books including journal entries and supporting schedules
- Record inter-company A/R and A/P transactions
- Ensure that expenses on the P&L have been coded properly
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Corporate and outside auditors
- Produce monthly close reports for management and perform variance analysis to explain significant fluxes from prior months
- Manage Fixed Assets, including certification of assets received and appropriate recording to balance sheet.
- Bank Reconciliation preparation
- Calculation of the Commissions on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience
- Accounting degree
- Knowledge or experience of procurement, recruiting, staffing a plus
- Ability to communicate with all levels of individuals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written communication skills
- Experience with accounts receivable-invoicing through collection
