Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statements).
  • Responsible for monthly close of books including journal entries and supporting schedules
  • Record inter-company A/R and A/P transactions
  • Ensure that expenses on the P&L have been coded properly
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Corporate and outside auditors
  • Produce monthly close reports for management and perform variance analysis to explain significant fluxes from prior months
  • Manage Fixed Assets, including certification of assets received and appropriate recording to balance sheet.
  • Bank Reconciliation preparation
  • Calculation of the Commissions on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience
  • Accounting degree
  • Knowledge or experience of procurement, recruiting, staffing a plus
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of individuals
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Experience with accounts receivable-invoicing through collection
